For 24ORE Business School, one of the most prestigious Italian schools providing upper-level education, we built and launched a chatbot with its gamification side amplified to make it feel like a quiz. The solution investigates both the educational and professional background of users, whilst picking their psychological and behavioural tendences. It also qualifies users’ urgency and time availability, so as to prioritise respondents and drive more conversions.
The chatbot exceeded the ROAS expectations, tripled in one month only. Moreover, compared to Facebook and LinkedIn lead ads, the chatbot counts 93% more leads, gathered at a 20% lower CPL. The tool worked and went beyond the expected outcome because it generated leads at the exact point of the flow that was driving value to the business, with piping ‘hot’ leads.
To capitalise on the boomed market demand for online educational courses when Covid hit, acquiring the highest number of leads at the lowest CPL possibile, enhancing conversion rates and taking into account the balance between quantity and quality.
We created a quiz-style chatbot which pulls in information from respondents’ answers to provide the best suited course for them, ultimately collecting user preferences and contact information.
